Chocolate Chip Blonde
Ingredients
- 1⅓ Cup Almond Flour or AP flour
- ⅓ Cup Brown Coconut Sugar or brown sugar
- ½ Cup Chocolate Chips semi-sweet + more for topping
- ¼ Cup Monkfruit Sweetener or sugar
- 2 Tbsp Melted Butter unsalted
- 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ Tsp Salt
- ¼ Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Egg
- 1 Egg Yolk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- Using a medium sized bowl, whisk together melted butter, Monkfruit Sweetener, dark coconut sugar, vanilla, egg, and egg yolk.
- Slowly mix in salt, baking soda, almond flour, and chocolate chips.
- Grease an 8×8 baking pan or line with parchment paper. Pour in mixture and make sure to even it out using a spatula or shaking it gently.
- Place in oven to bake for 22-24 minutes. Make sure center is set and edges are golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool for at least 15 minutes.
