Sautéed Cabbage
Ingredients
- 1 small head Green Cabbage thinly chopped
- 4 tbsp Butter + Olive oil seperated
- Salt + Pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Accent
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Cut the cabbage in half, remove the core and chop into thin slices.
- Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a large skillet over medium high heat with olive oil.
- Add the cabbage and mix in seasonings. Stir in another 2 tbsp of butter and sauté for about 45 minutes covering with lid. During this time, stir the cabbage occasionally until the cabbage becomes soft and caramelized.
